Single phase rectifier transformers

The TR and TRF series are single-phase cast resin rectifier transformer rectifiers, designed to feed equipment that needs continuous power and that can operate with a voltage ripple of 5% or 48%.

In addition, having all its active parts occluded in resin and being cast resin, makes them particularly suitable transformers for working in humid, saline and corrosive environments, as well as for areas where high resistance to vibrations, overcurrent and shocks is required. Transient harmonics.

The TR series transformers are used to power equipment that needs continuous power and that can work with a voltage ripple of 48%.

The TRF series equipment, having a filter, is used to feed equipment that needs continuous power and that can work with a voltage ripple of 5%.

These series are subdivided according to their output voltages:

  • TRFA/TRA 230Vac input and 12Vdc output
  • TRFB/TRB 230Vac input and 24Vdc output
  • TRFC/TRC 230Vac input and 48Vdc output

In the TR series, the standard range is as from 1.6Adc to 63Adc and in the TRF series the standard range is as from 1.6Adc to 25Adc.

Constructive features:

  • Connection terminals made of copper, welded and inserted in blocks to prevent hazards caused by expansion that may lead to poor connection.
  • Option of mounting on DIN rail TR series up to TRA4, TRF series up to TRFA2.5, TRBF2.5 and TRFC1.6 and TRB2.5 and PTR series up to PTRA6.3, PTRB2.5 and PTRC1.6.
